About "M"

Hi there! Thanks for visiting my website. I'm Emma Clark (I prefer just "M") and hail from the heart of the Midwest, where I performed and taught piano, while enjoying a lifelong passion for horses with my 19-year long special relationship with Beer Lahai Roi. "Roi" was a small , flea-bitten gray Polish Arab gelding with a big personality! When the creative flow of life relocated me to Southern California, I connected with the corporate video industry and experienced the power and beauty of video editing to completely nuance a narrative. Through master classes and mentoring by several influential professionals, my passion for telling stories with emotion, elegance and high production quality has delighted a wide variety of clients.

I have creatively crafted visual stories from poignant wedding videos to celebration of life memoirs; from professional stage performances in dance and theater to award-winning musical performers. Short form documentaries are also one of my favorite genres.

Enjoying both the technical and the creative, I also love narrating audiobooks, providing voiceovers for commercials and phone systems, and creating fun and engaging websites. 

And thanks to a friend who who shared her black Thoroughbred/ Quarter cross named Starbuck with me, I was privileged to share two beautiful years of adventures with this amazing horse before he passed in June of 2024. My memories of the life lessons I learned from this four-legged Master will remain with me forever.
